Question 1 :

A beggar's brother died, but the man who died had no brother.

How could this be?

Answer : The beggar was a woman.

Question 2 :

A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How could this be?

Answer :

The woman was a photographer. She shot a picture of her husband, developed it, and hung it up to dry.

Question 3:

A horse is tied to a five meter rope, six meters away from it was a bail of hay. Without breaking the rope, the horse was able to get to the bail of hay. How could this be?

Answer : The other end of the rope is tied to nothing!

I've heard all these ones, but I like them because they make you realise that you assume things without even noticing (e.g. assuming that all beggars are men) etc.
