So a lot of korean cakes use saeng cream, but does anyone know what kind of cream that is? is it heavy whipping cream? or just whipping cream? i'm trying to make one of these cakes, but i'm not sure what kind of cream I'm supposed to use...thanks!

I have a question!

LOL, well, when i make a ssaeng cream cake, i use heavy whipping cream and beat it until i turns thick and creamy. then i add the fruits =] yummy
i really dont know about the normal whip piing cream. im guessing it takes longer to beat.
