Okay so I got a message on my phone today about how I'm now able to upgrade my phone and I was looking at them and was wondering about something about this. Does anybody know what a USB connectivity is and what it does? Also on the phone it says it has in the features Media Net for wireless internet access. For anyone curious here is a link to the phone: http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-ser..._sku=sku1040125

Thanks in advanced.

Well USB Connectivity is simply plugging your computer to your laptop for via a USB cable, which should have come with your phone. Also im not sure what media net is, but wireless access means u can surf the internet on your phone using a wifi network i think.

Thanks for your help. Oh so you can transfer your MP3s and cd's over to your phone using this cable cord? With the wireless internet on your phone if you have the USB connectivity can you use that on your laptop? And what's the difference between using the internet with wifi and bluetooth? I don't really get the difference. Again, thanks for your help!

Yes you can transfer mp3's and cd's over to the phone via USB connection. If a phone has wireless on it, hence yours, it can connect through a wireless internet connection either directly to the wireless modem or router (similar to a modem but lets more computers use the internet connection at the same time). Bluetooth internet connection is if your MODEM has a BLUETOOTH Internet connectivity. Get me? to simplify it, Wifi (WIreless inet) is used through a wireless modem or router and bluetooth internet is used ONLY if a modem has bluetooth connectionsYes you can transfer mp3's and cd's over to the phone via USB connection. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it. I don't have the phone yet but this is the one I'm wanting to get since I'm now able to upgrade my phone. It has a USB connection on the info so I figured I could probably transfer my MP3s and CD's over onto it. So just to make sure I understand correctly since my computer has wifi available on it if I get this phone with wireless on it I can hook up the USB connection to my computer and then I can use the internet on my phone through my computer and can use the wifi connection? What about payments? Do you have an idea of how that works? I generally get the plan that has everything on it since to me that way is just as good than getting things seperatley. And on the wireless thing with the phone if I'm out somewhere with my laptop and want to say check some stuff out on the internet all I have to do is hook up the USB connection to my computer from my phone and that will be my wifi connection? I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly.
