I apologize if this is considered law so if it is I understand if the mods move this. I was wondering if anyone out there was a criminal justice major and what they were planning on doing. Right now I'm a political science major but I'm seriously thinking of changing my major and I'm taking a criminal justice course now and am really enjoying it. I figured hearing from other people might help me make up my mind.

I was considering going into this field. I was going to attend Carleton for it because they have field placement. You really have to consider what you want to do with it though since this is such a specialized field. Career choices are law, police force, government agencies, and research. In the end I went with Political Science instead, because it was a little broader.
Does your school have the option to do a medial or minor in Criminology? That could be a great way to still take it but not limit your options.
