After I removed a bunch of adware that was on my computer, I restarted it and a message that said, "NTLDR is missing. Press alt + ctrl + delete to continue" appeared on my screen. No matter how many times I press "alt + ctrl + delete" to continue, it'll just go back to the screen each time. I can't even reboot/reformat my computer because I can't get passed that screen, what can I do?! Someone, please help!!!!

There was probably spyware/virus that infected NTLDR.
The Ntldr is a file MUST file in your Windows XP. It instructs it to boot up but its removed. You should make sure what you remove when you're deleting.
If you want to reformat your hard drive, but you can't. Its probably because of your boot settings.
Go to your BIOS settings and make sure that the CD-Rom boots up first instead of the Hard Drive.
Stick in your Windows XP CD and let it run.

You can do a XP repair install rather than formatting to destory all your data...
ntldr you might be able to use the recovery console but i never had much luck with it...
