Try to talk with your advisor about it and see if your school offers any internships that go overseas. That's all I know how to do.

^i think that's the best idea. 
I guess it's sort of like going abroad for school. Same process i'm thinking. But you should visit your advisor/counselor and ask him/her about specific internships and even if they offer internship abroad.
