so i hated vista rite?
so i reformatted my computer using my xp cd
so now its xp yay~
but then i hav to install a sound card
or driver
yea, i know what to do, go to the site and type in my computer serial number
and download the thing
but the problem is, my computer is XP now, not vista
so i cant use tht audio driver
then i decided, oh, since i cant use tht ill use the older versions
that always worked for me with xp
yea tht doesnt work either.
and im thinking that i should just revert back to vista
and live with it

System Restore only restores from the time that you installed XP
If you're looking for your Audio Driver it should be on the manufacturer's page. Look for the one that supports XP instead of Vista?

i tried everything
i even tried downloading other audio drivers tht support xp
but none of them seem to work
it says tht it does
but when i restart my computer it says tht theres 'no audio device'
so i dont know what to do anymore!!! T_T
if i go to FRY's [thts where i got my computer]
will they reformat it back to vista for me?

yea, i saw tht topic already
i thought it might hav helped, but i kno how to revert to xp
its already xp, like right now,
but im thinking if i can make it bak to vista
or if someone can help me fix my audio driver
it says it installed and everything
so when i restart it, and check the sounds audio in control panel
it still says tht there is "no audio device"
