Uci And The Business Administration Major.

So it says that the Business Administration major recently opened up in UCI. Also says that they're accepting freshman fall 2008 and transfers for 2010. Anyone confirm? I really want to transfer Fall 2009, but I guess I won't be able to.

Well, I checked the site.
Cuz I got my hopes up that I might be able to switch my major to that.
But, you're right...I don't think you'll be able to.
They won't be accepting applications for transfers or change of majors until fall 2010.

Yeah I called the Paul Merage undergraduate offices, and only freshmen will be accepted until Fall 2010, when transfers and everyone else can apply.
So stupid =__= you COULD, however, do the Management minor, which has been updated for the 2007-08 school year, offering maaany more classes than before

i'm happy they included this cause i was disappointed they didn;t have it
But they won't be accepting people for this major till fall 2010 X_x???
If then, that sucks. I graduate in 2009 so i'll be starting school in the fall
Damn.

Then don't I need a major? or I can just minor in it?

^ You'll still need to major in something. You can't graduate with just a minor...

If you start college Fall 2009, you can still apply for it in the beginning of your sophomore year. A lot of people add/change majors all the way to the end of their second year. When you start attending your freshman year, start taking the prerequisites/lower-div. classes for the business major
