Hey Soompiers! New Year, and new goal!
Due to being an freshman and having tonsss of homework, stress with school, work, family, and the now ex-boyfriend, I've managed to put on some weight. =( Unfortunately.
So I'm gonna revise my plan.
For breakfast, depending on when I wake up, I plan on having a yogurt and a piece of fruit, probably an apple or a banana, and a bottle of water to last me through the morning.
As for snacks, I might put some cereal, such as Special K, or some cut up apples into little baggies, and take them to class with me ^^
For lunch, given that I don't know what my school cafeteria has (>.>;) I plan on either sticking to my turkey sandwhich (hahah) or seeing what they have.
For snacks, I'll probably be able to be in my room, and I'll probably snack on a Smuckers Uncrustables or something. (LOVE the stuff, so bad for me though. >.<)
For dinner, I'll try to incorporate veggies and water with everymeal, alterning between meat and pasta or something for the bulk of the meal.
I will cut off all eating after 9~
And I will update with pictures every week! And I'm going to incorporate the gym every Wednesday and Friday night, on treadmill, elliptical, and ab machine.
My weight now is: 119
My goal weight is: 100

So right now, since I do Chinese Traditional dance and my dance teacher calls us all fat, and due to the fact that I seem to be gaining more weight now from when i was younger, I decided to go on a diet.

I know that for my height, 100 pounds is considered underweight. But keep in mind I do dance and dancing requires people to be thin. I know I won't be stick thin, because when I was 4'11 I weighed 85 pounds. Then again, I was 4'11" in 7th grade =P
So my daily exercise will be...wooh! Basically no exercise.
Monday-Friday- walk home from school.[about a 15 minute walk from the bus stop.]
Sometime during the week-Work[I run around for 4 hours. Working at a bakery is harder than it looks.]
Saturday- Run for 1 lap around the park[gradually increase to 2,3,etc.]
Sunday- Dance class for 1 and a half hour. [think Cardio. CARDIO.....!!]
So help me out Soompiers! I'm gonna post everyday with what I ate for breakfast, lunch,snack, and dinner.
