The simplest way is to just let it fully download in INTERNET EXPLORER and look inside your Temporary Internet Files. IE will try to cache the file and therefore give you the exact URL.
Just replace the xx with the correct parts and you should be able to download the FLV directly. Hopefully, the "800" stayed the same but if not, you'll have to experiment. This is probably the easiest way to do it aside from looking at the source + JavaScript.
