Formatting Error

hii
i want to ask when i try to format my pc it say that
ERROR : The system cannot find the path specified (3) -- HDD ready ?

please help i want to format my pc dry.gif TT-TT

If you have a winxp or vista installation cd, the easiest way to format is to boot up your pc with the cd and run setup. Just follow the directions till you get to the screen that allows you to manage hard disks and partitions.

partitions it can't be deleted i can't make the format it said that it can't be delete the partitions

Low Level Format then use the Windows XP CD to Partition?

Are you trying to format the hard drive in Windows?
