My friend wants to know how to get mp3s into her slvr l7. she said it didn't come with any cd and she also said something about having a memory card. I'm assuming that's required...? I read that only a 512 kb card will work, not a 1GB

But if she did have that, what other steps are needed to sync music? Is window media player able to sync music with the slvr with a usb cord?

you need the motorola phone (its a program for motorola phones)
i believe it comes with your phone, if not you can buy it on ebay ^-^

You don't really need any software if you are going to use a memory card. After getting the memory card, put it in the phone and format it. Take it out and put it in a card reader. Open it up via My Computer. There should be folders made already, or just create one, and put music in it. I don't have this phone so don't ask me how to format it, but the option should be there since it allows external memory. The only other option is using MPT, like the poster above me said.
