its that thing where your arm becomes fatter ish or something
when you press to the sdie aishhhh u____u;;
well hmm ive heard if you lyke just do some weights with your arms,
that will help o_O;
but idk .. all i did is just carry these (HEAVY!!!!) books from (LONG ASS!) classes
at school every day and seems lyke the flab is going away! =O YAAAAAAAY! *dances* x3
yeah.. xD school = free workout >_>;
(seriously. FOUR BUILDINGS ! TONS OF BOOKS ! NOT MUCH LOCKER TIME ! aish >__>
my calves & my thighs got leaner & no fat with all the damn walking/running to classes&up stairs o-o)

It prevented me from wearing anything sleeveless.
Workouts for the arm,,,I googled for hours and its the best thing they could show me.
These past two months I've been lifting 5 pound weights.
I just ended up with thinner arms.
I guess it'll go away by itself,,,but if not. Live with it, right?

Well, I've heard that workouts for the arms work. Or at least make it less saggy.

but I'm gonna start tonight!!!
what you do is you take ONe dumbell and hold it behind ur head.
then you just go up and down with it with ur arms.
it hurts like mother after a couple of sets.
i'll tell u if it works or not, cuz I got me an extra set of boobs down there too.

there's not much difference yet but i guess in time it'll show a firmer or slimmer arms soon, i hope..
