I wanna get my best friend one of the Sony Ericsson phones.
But i don't know which one to get. I like the SE W580i more
because of it's thin and better design. I heard that the SE
W900 was better though. So i'm so confused! Price range
doesn't really matter for me though. Only the overall features,
design, and tech. does =]

Can you please give me your opinions on which one is better?

if she/he is someone into tech, then w900i is definitely d answer...
if into style , then u shud get w580i...

im someone into tech, but i DO also care about d style..
w900i design is OK enough for me, just dat it's a bit thick n it's swivel not slide...

both phone have 2.0 mp cam , bt w900i cam is better...
it got autofocus n flash...

and the camera is so-so. but
it's thin and not bulky unlike
the w900.. but
hey if your friend doesnt mind

The W900i is out of production so any that you find will probably be used. I have the W900i (I'm not using it right now though because I'm on a CDMA network) and I love it even the bulkiness. If he/she considers the camera to be important, then the W900i is better because it has autofocus and flash. But honestly it's going to be really hard to find one since it's been so long since it came out :I

^ there's a Sony Ericsson store in a mall close by where
i live and they sell plenty of new W900i. I also have a w900,
(i just wanted to know which one was better) and i have
to say i love it too.

Hmm...is the only difference between the two are the camera?
