You think 94 is high for a 16 year old?
I think you have serious weight issues.
^ Very true :X
Just stop eating junk food? ...

Ummm you're not fat so don't worry about the weight part.
However, junk food is not healthy for your body, so you gotta stop that.
Perhaps you can stuff yourself like heck until you throw up, then you wouldn't want to eat any more after that.
That's what happened with my lil sis'... hahaha

you're not even bingeing on sweets. if you keep restricting yourself on certain foods, you're going to crave for it more and really binge on them later on. there are people who truly binge and consume over 10,000 calories easily in a matter of hours.
you're being too over-obsessive over food and your weight. perhaps you're eating more than usual because you've too much weight and your body is trying to compensate for the sudden loss.

It's too easy to forgive. I love revenge. Forgiving is not my favorite thing. I can forget by indifference, but not forgive.

You are so skinny, don't worry. I've been eating chips for lunch for yesterday and today. ):
A good way to go back to normal eating habits is by eating healthier foods, that's what I always do.
Candy, chips and all are only good once in a whild I figured. GO VEGGIES.

Aww man, I'd kill to be 94 lbs!!!
You sound so skinny! But binging is always bad, too.. Anyways I had this same problem too.. Except my binges were like everyday and I kept eating and eating even though I was soo full, because I kept craving the delicious flavor. And by the time I was done binging, I was always too stuffed to go exercise or walk, so I just sat down in front of the computer.. lol. And of course this made me gain like 2789347293874928 weight.
Well here is how I finally broke my disgusting binging cycle, I just got rid of all my binging foods (candy, pizza, cookies, other junkies, etc..) and I planned out my meals the day before. When I plan out my meals, I always measure them out and keep a calorie count, to help me from overeating... This is how I got out of binging. I hope my advice can help you too!
