Hiya. Yea so I'm a huuuuuuuge fan of PHS. I live in the US and the only chance I get to see any kpop stars is at the Korean Music Festival held in L.A. at the hollywood bowl. I dunno if any of you have been but it was pretty fun this year with the exception of some of the groups early departure. Anyhow my point is that I called Korea times the other day and they take requests for who people want to see. Granted it's not a guarantee that the artist will be there but still it makes me feel better that I did something instead of hoping KrTimes will do something smart. So if any of you are planning to go next year and really want to see PHS, then call and tell them how much you want him to go. Even if you're not planning on going you can still call request that he be there.

On another note, I just watched Sketchbook and it was phenom. I love it when he laughs. It breaks my heart but in a good way. Can't wait to see him on Chocolate. He's so busy lately, I hope he's taking good care of himself.

Host Yoo commented that PHS's music has changed to upbeat and bright and more popular trendy style.

PHS said he was very surprised by people's strong reaction to his new album. So he had a lot to think about music he has to do. He wants to do very soulful type of music, but he needs to find the middle ground to what the audience want to listen. So he said that is very hard problem to solve. And one day it was very sunny and great weather, he was driving and suddenly he had tears falling from his eyes, it was during the time when he didn't even think about music, because everything was too hard on him (I am assuming, it's due to that bad agency and trials and stuff)

And Host Yoo said PHS is too sensitive/sensual. That's why a lot of PHS's friends worried about him, because PHS is too torned about musical aestheics. He doesn't have to be, but PHS sacrifices himself too much.

Host Yoo said, he knows some staff members that have worked with PHS before, and they said after they've worked with PHS have suffered ulcer problems (LOL. I've heard from friend's friend, who said PHS is a workaholic, and he never rest unless he's happy witht he result. It's good for music, bad for the staffs who had to work non-stop. I read somwhere that during his 2nd album recording session, Kim Dong Ryul, you know the singer/writer? who wrote Dong Kyung (Yearning) for PHS, has said PHS wouldn't stop singing the song to perfect it at the recording studio, even when KDR thought the song was perfect, so KDR went home, while PHS practiced. KDR said so during Lee So Ra's radio show, and LSR said he is one of the best vocalists she knows by far.

PHS said he becomes very sensitive and perfectionist when it comes to his music, so even now he gets really nervous before the taping of the show, and at Sketchbook stage, it is even more nervous, because even the names have changed a lot, the stage is his first TV debut stage (I remember Lee So Ra's Propose with that IDOL hair?! LOL).


That was what the whole talk was about, but I guess for timing they've trimmed out a lot.

thank you kkrap XD its hard for a human to be called a god i suppose~ which is why he strive hard to meet ppl's expectation~

even YHY think he can sing any song and gave him the worlds hardest song to him i do hope he can sing that if ever~ and i like how he says tha tthe stage is like a home to him~ in a sense,the stage didnt change a lot~ it seriously still looks like love letter stage,just some different arrangement of the instruments on stage~ <3

and it seems he would perform on M Countdown tomorrow~ i thought since his concert is the day after that,that he wont have any schedule of gayo program this week~ but i guess winning an award on MCa changes that~ i hope he could win on MB and Inki though~
