If you like bachata at all (or aren't sure) then you might wanna check out the duo Monchy y Alexandra.
Aventura is pretty popular, too. (Aventura is a group from NY) I'm not their biggest fan, but I do really like their collab with Don Omar called Ella y Yo
And Frank Reyes has some decent stuff, like the song ¿Quién Eres Tú?
The Chicano group Ozomatli has some songs in Spanish that're good. Their album Street Signs is pretty good. I haven't heard their newest album, though.
Eddy Herrera - Eres Ajena is a good song.
I used to be into the Peruvian rock group Líbido. My all-time fave Spanish-language rock song is their song En Esta Habitación.
And Los Bacilos have some good songs and nice lyrics. Off the top of my head I recommend their songs Caraluna, El Edificio, and Tabaco y Chanel.
If you can find it, there's an amusing song called Con una Rubia en el Avión that I recommend from a few years ago if you can understand enough Spanish to get why it's funny or if you look up a translation of the lyrics. The artist is Los Ladrones Sueltos.
If you like slower songs then check out Cristian Castro. He has an awesome voice and some good ballads and other slow songs.
If you like regular pop that varies from upbeat to midtempo to slow then try Luis Fonsi.
Shakira's music in Spanish is, in my opinion, better than her music in English, especially when there's an English version and a Spanish one for the same song.
If you like reggaeton or any type of hiphop at all then you might wanna try Don Dinero, who raps in English and Spanish. my faves are Arte de la Calle 2 and Pana Pana.
Daddy Yankee-reggaeton-some of his stuff sucks, but every album has some songs that're actually pretty good. examples are Lo Que Pasó Pasó, Mírame, Coraza Divina, and Ella Me Levantó.
Calle 13 - rap
Orishas - rap in English and Spanish - recs are Represent, Cuba and Nací Orishas

My favorite spanish bands are Amaral, Pereza and La oreja de Van Gogh(old and new era). you can check these out too if you want =)
Yeah, you will like Maná. "En El Muelle de San Blás" is a classic.
I recommend Pereza and La Oreja de Van Gogh too, though I only like their old songs. If you like hip-hop, I'd recommend you La Excepción, they're pretty good. If you like rock, listen to Marea or Extremoduro [love them]. Marlango are awesome, but they sing in English. Rosana, on the other hand, sings in Spanish and her songs are lovely, but I only recommend her old songs like A Fuego Lento, Sin Miedo, El Talismán, Hoy No Tengo Ganas De Cambiar El Mundo or Si Tú No Estás Aquí. Her music is kind of acoustic.
If you what you want to listen to is latin music, Servando y Florentino, Celia Cruz, Juan Luis Guerra and Gloria Estefan.
And my favourite, Revolver. It is a band formed by a singer called Carlos Goñi and his musicians. He is like some kind of Spanish Bruce Springsteen. I really love this band, and they are awesome live. But I highly recommend their live songs. They're much better than the studio ones, because Goñi's voice is full of emotions when singing live.

But anyway, I AM IN LOVE with Juanes. I heard about him through my high school Spanish teacher and I've been his fan ever since.
I think you should check out Julieta Venegas.... and maybe Alejandro Sanz? I don't know if this fits your category, but Buena Vista Social Club's awesome too, they're from Cuba. And Brazilian bossa nova's REALLY good. Especially the original old school stuff (Antonio Carlos Jobim, Joao Gilberto, etc.)
