It's not like there isn't a huge lump of fat there..my shoulder blades still show
but it still looks fatty
I'm doing golf right now but it seems like you build muscle there...so my back would actually be getting BIGGER. If this is true I'd like to know...like now so I can stop ^.^;;
I don't have broad shoulders but I've gotten paranoid about them
What activities should I avoid? I heard swimming broadens your shoulders...
