it's not really meals. just snacks i guess.
half a sandwich here, half a sandwich there ~__~;
small bowl of cereal, and just smaller portions of food :/ and you eat many times (cuz 6 is more than 3) so your stomach isn't hungry as much ~_~
i only used to eat like that because i hated PE ~_~; i was always hungry when we had to run ~ and PE was usually always before lunch so i was like dying with starvation ~__~

morning (time you wake up-- around 7 --> 8 o'clock))
break (like.. the 15min break we have @ my school ~_~ sort of like recess :X around 10 o'clock)
lunch (~_~ 12 o'clock)
afterschool (3 o'clock)
dinner-time (around 6 o'clock)
a few hours before sleeping (9 o'clock)

not a lot of greasy and too much junk.
like in the morning, eat cups of fruits
then for lunch maybe a salad
then for inbetween like more fruits, crackers, veggies
then for dinner , a low carb non greasy food.

My friend's cousin eats more than 6 times a day. Because he doesn't follow the breakfast,lunch,dinner,midnight snack.
Cause he has fast-metabolism so he gets hungry every hour O_O

but it's actally pretty good. you won't be as hungry when you get home & eat uncontrollably.

I'm always hungry.
6:20 am: meal
8 am: snack
10 am: snack
11:30 am: snack
12:30 pm: meal
3:30 pm: snack
5 pm: meal
7 pm: meal
8 pm: snack
Holy crap that's like 9 times I eat a day!!
I never counted it out before...
But yeah.
They say 6 small meals is good because it keeps your metabolism running.

yup that is 6 times a day i eat for me xD
I eat small meals and healthy snacks though.
Stick to eatting when you are hunry and only eat healthy foods that don't have sugar and you should be good. ^^

My trainer said to eat 4-6 meals a day but in small portions. You're supposed to eat constantly so your body can burn fat easier.
