I have to say...I do sometimes admire and envy of her clothes. biggrin.gif
Those black striped tights are fine. I don't see any thing wrong with it.

Judging from the picture's background, they were probably at a Samantha Thavasa event... so I'm going to take a not-so-wild guess and say the bags are by Samantha Thavasa.
