My mom bought a huge jar of kimchi.
I don't know how to finish before it turns ewwish.
So what are some ways to eat it beside being a side dish?
Can you guys post picture or ingredients?

just google these and you'll get instructions/ingredients/etc.
kimchi's so convenient (:

1. kimchi jigae (soup)

2. kimchi gooksoo (noodles)

3. kimchi fried rice
you could also use the fried rice to make a "kimchi omelet"

Those ideas were good. Making me hungry and my mom needs to go buy some more kimchi. >w< Sometimes, I'd just eat the kimchi plain. I mean, it has enough flavour, and tastes good, so why not eat it plain?? (:

I found a recipe. Its better to read it from a recipe than from me because I don't make my own. My mom makes it. >w<Korean Kimchi Fried Rice** By the way, Rain's name is "Jeong Ji Hoon" NOT Ju Ji Hoon..

It's actually better to use "ewwish" kimchi for the kimchi chigae or kimchi bokkum. If I'm lazy, I like to add it to my ramen. Also love kimchi jun (pancake). The recipe is on the package for the korean pancake flour mix.

OH OH OHHHHH! You can eat kimchi with goguma (sweet potato).
It's so good. You just put both of them in your mouth and chew. *O*
