Ahh beep test, brings back memories, good painful memories.

My friends and I were pretty competitive.

10th grade was my best. I Got 10.1

my highest was 5.5 but there were other girls that went to 13 and over it was crazy!

I haven't tried it yet, but if it involves running, I'm sure I'll do bad.
DARN IT, got P.E. next year w/ beep tests...
which equals sun + running = being outside more often = TIRING!

we have the pacer test. the last time i did mine was last year, i got around 40-45

i got up to 13 and then the bell for the next class rang so i had to stop... i did start to feel tired around 11 though.

Yeah I'm doing it too, didn't do it in middle school though cause our school sucked. I got a 3 the first time cause on level 1 I panicked and didn't know how fast it was gonna be so I kinda jogged I also got hungry tongue.gif. We're going it twice a week, but I wish we were doing it in Summer instead so I can take a few runs and jogs and get ready for it, but sadly it's winter. I think the average you should get is a 6. I'm planning for 7 or 8. : )

haha i only did this test once like when i was 13.
my netball coach sprang the test on us one day during lunch break and that was during our study/exam period so we havent been training for like a couple of months and we were all so unfit. haha.
i got a 9. the the best of my entire team got a 10.4.
but i heard that the national netballers from my country average 16plus for their bleep test? i m not too sure. but then i know one of them got a 14.8 but that was because she had an injury. -.-
