Hey guys I'm a sophomore and instead of taking chemistry I ended up in physical science because of a bad biology and geometry grade in my freshman year. how much would this affect me for college?

Usually the schools I know of have physical science before biology. I think colleges would look more at that you did poorly in biology and geometry since you did bad enough that you have to take physical science. But if order doesn't go that way at your school... if you do well this year and on, it doesn't matter as much because they see improvement. I don't know about the schools you're going to apply to in the future, but half of the universities I applied to don't even count your freshman grades; it's just something they look at and take into consideration a bit.
