you get
pic stabilization, face detection technology, it's xD and SD card compatible (mine is XD only :[...but yeah memory cards are much cheaper compared to when i wanted a dica like 4 years ago -__-)

Try searching "Finepix Z10fd review" on Google. There are some review sites out there that do a lot of tests on cameras (exposure, noise, color accuracy, etc). Digitalcamerainfo.com does great reviews.
