So while you're doing that to lose weight and be healthy,
you might as well pick up some habits of those naturally skinny
yeah-those annoying people who can eat five times as much as you
and not gain .00001 of a pound.
I'm not saying changing your lifestyle can make you like that
since everyone has different body types
but you can try to be close to that ^^
I'll list a few but everyone should add things they've noticed
about the naturally skinny people around them
so anyone can look through this thread and try to add these habits to their life.
Naturally skinny people....
~Eat half the portion they are given
~Do excercise when they feel like they have eaten too much
~When they're full, they're full and stop eating
~Eat off of small plates
~Have desserts but really small portions
~Instead of taking the whole bag of chips with them, they pour a little into a bowl
~Eat very slowly
~Eat little meals throughout the day
~Don't stay still-move around a lot, like talking on the phone and walking around
*These are some things I've noticed about the naturally thin people around me
so if you're one of those people and see some stuff that you don't do-know that
