Event was fun and we were on the news near Chico! Woohoo! It was at the Thunder Hill skid pad, pretty nice for the track time and price. I think it is held every weekend or every month or something like that. Two Day event and the Sunday event there were only maybe... 10 cars? Fun as hell though~!

I'm still editing the video to make it look like I am doing something useful lol. I will also try to get some of the pictures of other cars.

Yeah he was driving the black-ish hb... and I think there was a girl riding along in one of the pictures too. I made my car in every other picture because i didn't feel like posting 1987328732 pictures and it would be boring to just stare at my car... i see it every day anyways. So i alternate it... it makes my brain feel happy. I'm almost done fixing everything that is broken and I had an instructor test drive my car and give me some tips, by the next event I should be doing well enough to not look like a complete noob.

He was actually doing the best out of everyone, really cool guy too. While every 240 was dying (LS6 guy blew his motor, SOHC KA was over heating, my SR randomly died and was over heating) the miata was the only one still going all the way till the end of the day lol

The Miata there was running Coilovers, clutch type diff and just a few other little things and he was just tearing it up.

Lots of track time is an over statement. Although it was just the skid pad, still. 9AM-4PM with only ten cars and the occational break to move a few cones. After about 1 or 2 PM cars started dropping like flies.

At the Buttonwillow event I will probably just screw around in the skid pad for a while too. I think my friend wants to set up an event sometime around the end of December (yes sometimes around new years and Christmas) so we need to find about 20 losers that don't want to spend a lot of time with their family.... but on the track instead! yay!

Alright I will get you the details later when we finish planning it out. It will only be the east loop (maybe the skid pad too) and there will be no more than 20 cars so we don't have to pay for the insurance and everything. But that just means more track time... so it will be drive till your car blows up. Great time to test and tune the car along with improving skills.... and oooh boy do I need that haha. I will probably see him tonight and talk about it. We should have about 12 or so people together already so if you know anyone else interested tell me and hopefully ill have information (date, time, how much etc) soon.
