How To Take Video Screenshots

i'm not sure whether this is the correct place to post as i'm still new here. i've checked the other threads and guess here is most suitable.

just wanna ask if someone here can kindly teach me how to take video screenshot or screencaps or videoshots? whatever they called it...

well hmmm, you can try the Ctrl+Print Screen then open Paint and then paste. It's a hassle for me, or you can get a good media player that has an in-built screen shot and auto save for you. Used Gom player (google it). Hope this helps. And its easy to use.

Heard of VLC media player?? google or yahoo or whatever your favourite search engine and download it.
Install it,go setting,preferences,video and under snapshot,choose the place you want your pics to be saved in..
Next,open video with the player.right click and click on snapshot..

that doesnt work for me >=[
like when i play the video again the picture plays as well....

Get VLC and you can use hotkeys to take a SS or right click on the video and SS that.

If you wanted to do this with WMP then you'll have to go into its options and turn off video acceleration.

u cannot printscreen a video , you must use a specific player. ^^^ the one above.

VLC, GOM, and KM player can take video screenshots. It's easy to use.

thank you to everyone who helped me. i've downloaded one of the player you suggested now. and i'm happily screen shoting now... HAHAHA! thanks again.
