Go to Start > Run > type in regedit and hit <enter>.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\General.
Scroll down to where it says Language on the right side and double-click it.
The current Value Data will probably say KOR. Replace it with ENG instead then hit OK. Close out of the registry editor now.
Run Nero and pray you've got the English language pack installed. If not, try the solution below...
You can try to select the english language manually by navigating thru the korean menus. Go to File then the Option screen. You can do that by pressing ALT-F then select the 8th option. It'll probably be the one with a (T) in the menu name. When the options pop up, select the third tab and you should easily be able to change the language there.
If that still doesn't work, you'll need to reinstall.

If Language wasn't listed in the registry, you COULD try to create that setting. It may work but it may not. You'd create it by right-clicking anywhere on the right side of the window then select New > String Value. Name it Language (with a capital L). Double-click it then enter in ENG for the value.
As far as the 2nd method, perhaps these pictures can help...

Obviously the English version

The korean characters don't show up correctly in the menus for me... dunno why... Notice the (T) and it's approximate position.

English....

Korean version. That's the menu you're trying to get to.
Remember, all my solutions are assuming you've got English & Korean installed in Nero but English's just not currently selected. If somehow Korean, and only Korean, got installed then you have no choice but to reinstall it and make sure it's set to English during installation next time.
