I'm planning on getting this phone but I've read some reviews about how this phone breaks easily and there's a lot of errors. So I'm wondering what's your opinion about it for the people who do own this phone.

my phone still works after mishandled sometimes lol.. I dropped it twice and it still works. I love this phone. The touch sensitive keys needs time to get used to but it's not annoying to use. There might b times where you're looking through your contacts and accidentally call them or something like that but if you're looking where your finger is going to go then it's fine. I definitely love the camera and the screen display. You can set your own mp3 alert for your text messages too unlike my other phone which was the D900. I just love sliding this thing lol.

Did you experience problems with the screen being weird? I use to have a Samsung D800 a long time ago and I remember there were times when half of the screen turns white then everything gets really messed up. mellow.gif

I like my U600.
Compared to my old Sony, this phone rarely ever "freezes"
There isn't a straphold.
And I've dropped my phone a few times (once on concrete), and there are only minor scratches.

My GF just recently bought this fone. Probably owned it for only a week. She has been having a lot of problems with the screen. It turns black often and sometimes the screen flips upside down and gets all weird and flickers @.@~

Maybe its just her phone thats like that but its kinda of disappointing that its already having such issues within just a week of use. =(

-only bad thing is that the battery really sucks if you use it alot...e.g. functions like music, internet etc...
if you limit your usage and turn it off during night (it can auto turn on at the time you set - for alarm)

-and also, if you put microSD in, and use it for music of files...it will lag..alot (takes awhile to load)

-no strap hole

-i dropped it twice on ceramic, barely a tiny dots of paint off

Loving the phone. Got it like 2 months ago or so. I personally just love the style of this phone and the unbelieveable 3.2mp camera. I initially got this phone only because it wasnt available in the US on any carrier.

But yeah the battery life does suck. Its better to turn off bluetooth when ur not using it. Limit yourself on multimedia use. Having a microSD card (depending on the capacity) may slowdown performance on the phone & the phone takes awhile to take a picture. It's good quality but slow to take nevertheless.

I haven't experienced any problems with it at all. It's a good phone overall. Everything works really well for me, and it looks great, too. Battery life is really not that great compared to my W810i, but if you invest in another battery (~$17 more), then it won't be a problem. I just switch the battery out every other day, so I will never have to worry about battery running low. And yes, the buttons are very sensitive, but it won't be difficult to get used to.

i love my u600!

so far i dnt have problems with it.

my only complain is that the battery runs out rather quickly when i play songs and stuff and when u add a memory card, it lags. well when playing the music or video it takes time to start playing.

other than that, it's an awesome phone!

I just recently got the U600 in white. ^___^ I love it~ only problem I have with the phone is that it takes rather long to take a picture since there's auto focus. -.- Is there any way for me to turn that off or something?

had this phone for about a week now, the only big flaw is getting used to the touch sensitive buttons (but that didn't take long)

^i dont think you can make it so that it doesnt save automatically, i might be wrong though

anyone know how to change the alarm sound? is there a way to move the clock or know a place where i can get a better template for it? -just a few things that have been bugging me

For the alarm sound, go to the alarm and change the alarm tone. I don't think you can move the clock.
