You've gotta get bean sprout, prawns, kwey tiao (which make up the whole dish), eggs, spring onions. You can add fish cake and cockles if you like smile.gif

Nope, it's called Fried Kwey Tiao. It's a very popular dish in Singapore. ^^

You can add dark sauce too, or else just the original kwey tiao taste.

I don't think it's fried kuay tiao as they normally don't have prawns.
But pad thai do, and this is pad thai with thicker noodles?

Here's the recipe for pad thai:
http://www.thaitable.com/Thai/recipes/Pad_Thai.htm

This is another one for the Singaporean dish (the noodles are similar, but they taste very different):

It looks like Cantonese style chow fun to me, in which case you need a well seasoned wok, and some good quality peanut oil.

You should probably try cooking the meat first, then setting it aside. Then probably cooking the bean sprouts, green onions and putting the rice noodles in when the veggies are about halfway cooked. Then combine with the cooked meat at the end under HIGH flame, it's nice to get that slightly charred taste.
