Does UC apps need transcripts and counselor forms???
please please please if u know please answer cause I need to ask my counselor to send my transcript tomorrow.

No. You only send transcripts to the UC you decide to go to later on so they can verify that you didn't lie about your grades and that you maintained your senior year grades.
