ahh...i have a long torso with short legs...it annoys me.
When i try to buy jackets..since i have a long torso the jackets seem short so i always have to look for jackets that are a little longer. does anyone else have this problem? i was just curious

I had a figure drawing lesson in art before (not nude models... I cringe when I see nudity) and I think an ideal person is supposed to be half legs (in terms of height, about four head heights) and the rest is supposed to be head, neck, and torso (again, four head heights all together) for a total of eight head heights. I make no sense at all but yeah.

I haven't measure my head compared to my height.

Japanese generally have short legs. I heard it was an issue when skinny/tight pants became trendy for men in Japan. That it looked ridiculous on the majority of them because of their short legs.

Anyways, I have short, wide legs and short, wide torso...lol.

I was told I'm equal in proportions but look-wise, I think short torso/long legs look the best.

cuz' my upper body makes me look short
then they see me in real life i'm even taller than them.

Short torso/long legs for me. While having long legs for my height (5'3") is nice, it's kinda annoying because it's practically impossible to touch your toes and I'm really short when I sit down.

I have longer torso and shorter legs. I'm 5'10" and since I'm a girl, I always have to find clothes that fit me a certain way. Like I wear medium for shirts but they always end up being short on me which sucks. But since I'm tall no one really can tell that my legs are short(er) in proportion.
