You mean Professor as in University or just an English teacher at a high school or hakwon? Becoming a professor would probably require at least a Master's in a related field, or perhaps just a BA if you went to a well-known college and have some teaching experience already. The really top notch universities would want a PhD in a related field with previous teaching experience and some publications (books / articles / textbooks you've written, research work you've done). To become a normal English teacher in Korea I think all you need a pulse
I'm not sure about wages..I'll check later

Wages aren't high in Korea because the cost of living is fairly low. Professors definitely DO NOT get paid a lot. So if you think you're going to be living a posh life being a professor, goodness no, you'll be far from it. You'd be better off setting up a hakwon.
It's hard to become a professor in Korea. It's cutthroat competitive - even for crappy unknown colleges. Obviously to be qualified to teach a certain topic it'd be best to have at least a masters. But seriously, having a PhD in the subject you're teaching is so much more impressive than a masters degree.

This is going to be almost impossible to do, and would require a Ph.D.
