i use it, its like
Microsoft paint < paint.net < photoshop
but still pretty darn useful
i have v3.10. there are tutorials like...where the functions are and stuff but i haven't came across any tutorials on how to achieve a certain effect or anything.

It's like ms paint on steroids, but with no negative effects. I find it really useful to do stuff that stupid simple ms paint can't do, and PHOTOSHOP, I can't afford.

wanna ask sum question here since the topic is about paint.net.....i happen 2 dl the brushes in deviantart but all the thing tt came out was black in colour..how do i make it colourful using paint.net??

I had that program. I have seen tutorials on it, on Paint.net the site. They have a forum ther to teach you how to make effects on it.

It's mainly just changing the photo effects, like if you want it black & white or sepia, blurry etc
One thing I hate is there is no blending options like, Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop has -____-
