wasn't sure if this were to go in helth thread or not lol...
It is so weird to be wearing this >< I am afraid every 5 minutes of the cap coming off!!!
I needed it because like 5-6 years ago I had a pin-sized cavity on my 2nd molar, could not get an appointment fro some time, it turned into a root canal (very fun... nova cane ware out 1/2 threw one meaning) So now the tooth started to fall apart so I got a cap..but it is very weird, I don't want to eat on the one side, not to mention it cost 250 bucks to put in (with insurance) so I don't want this thing to pop off lol.
Funny thing is when i had the cavity, then root canal, I didn't even feel a thing, not even when eating cold items.

A cap or a crown? I had to get a root canel a few years ago and now that i've turned 18 they said they want to put a 'crown' on it. but i'm nervous about doing that, and it's gonna cost a craazy amount probably. Anyways though i'm sure it won't just 'pop' off if you eat with it haha, if you paid that much it better not! LOL.

Anyways.. i'm not really sure what- your question is? If you .. had one at all haha. So that's all I really have to say xP

I am sure it's a cap. Got used to it now, tho it still doesn't feel real. But oh well ^^

It gets easier when you've gone through several root canals.

i had 2 crowns, 2 caps, 1 root canal in the crown done and another one next month.....the cap isn't as uncomfortable as crowns....even now, my crowns still doesn't feel real but the caps are ok...
