Average Body But Fat Legs how do we reduce leg fat? >_<

Do you guys are have any suggestions? Your help is really appreciated! I would really like to wear leg warmers and look good in them >_<

i do swimming though...
another thing is do not sit for too long.. or else your muscle turn into fat..

crunches sounds like it could work...but i probably have to do a lot daily in order to reduce the fat neh? I have to stop being so lazy xD;

reiteration: muscles do not turn to fats, they just become flabby.

I lay down on the ground, put my hands under my butt and put my legs foward to my chest with bend knees and its in a left and right in a pattern.
I call it bicycle because you because do a bicycle movement with your legs up in the air. I think that helps lol.

i THINK i'm starting to see change, but i'm wearing clothes other than jeans and tights often, now. ^^
remember. exercising does wonders.

I have an average body but fat legs too.
I can never wear skirts or shorts with confidence.
What sucks is when I do lose weight, it all comes off my upper body.

I walk a bit everyday and they tone down. But don't over do it because then, your muscles will develop and your legs will become thick (not fat)

do yoga four times a week :3
Yoga is the best thing you can do to burn fat. Yoga doesn't build any muscles. Walking, running, and swimming could build muscles to your legs so your legs could turn out to be thicker. I used to have an average body and fat legs also. Actually, most of my legs were muscles because of running so much but yoga helped. I did it everyday for 45 minutes following the video instructions. It really works to make your legs become thinner and a little longer.

lol XD i've done that before...but only like...once a month xD; I actually find that fun too :]
But i guess it all comes down with being lazy or not...and lazy i am XD; LOL

hahahaha DDR! I got it, but my brother keep letting his friends use it so i can barely play T-T
You're right. I keep thinking that, but then at the same time i still keeping thinking about how much i hate my legs too >_<
I should get some exercise anyways XD LOL im so lazy~ @w@

that if you have kind of chubby thighs, you should
do some cardio, then wrap cling wrap around your legs/thighs
and put on some trousers, and when you take them off,
the size of your thights will reduce by 1-2 inches.
