I have a homework in English 102 about the effects of the youth's addiction to the internet. My professor told our class to also ask other people's viewpoints. I'll just ask people here. You can give good or bad effects..So what do you think?

Here are my viewpoints:

Good Effects:

- They learn a lot from the internet
- They can learn a new language
- They can make friends from around the globe
- They can know the latest news that happens in the world ahead

Bad Effects:
- They spend more time online than studying their lessons
- They get insomnia for staying up late in front of the computer

bad effects:
- along with being insomniac, one also becomes vulnerable to procrastination (delaying school work etc.) ._. and its a bad habit to break.

. they make a habit of procrastinating.
. i've read an article before about this boy who died because he kept on stopping from excreting just so he could play games on the computer.

. make friends.
. better communication with people all throughout the world. ( email and such )
. get informative things and learn new stuff.
. to get you out of boredom.
