Did you say it the korean way? or the chinese way( ja cheurng mein)? Anyways , jajangmyun is an old dish . It was first created by Chinese but Korean pretty much made it better .
Anyways to answer the OP. Ive only been to Chinese restaurants owned by Chinese. All the Korean restaurants ive been to are basically mixes of Korean/Japanese dishes owned by Koreans

They have different tastes ... Korean-Chinese is mainly Jjajangmyun, kkanpoonggee, tangsooyook etc. - Chinese foods that were adopted and altered by Korean people, so these are mainly seen as 'Korean' foods now.
Chinese-Chinese has the authentic Chinese food (: I loooove Chinese food hehe ^^*

jajangmyun is korean. chinese don't have it (only variation of it). well... i think they are equally good. But make sure you go to a real chinese restaurant? Not those crappy shacks in downtown that MSG everything (and some of those are owned by chinese...but i've no idea why they cook it so diff.), not mandarin buffet, like a respectable one that chinese people go to. Those are pretty good (peking duck, etc.)

even in china itself, different regions prepare dishes differently
thats what i love about oriental food. we can be satisfied eating one dish, prepared bajillions of ways.
and jjajjyungmyun is just called ja(zha) jiang mian in mandarin.

No, Jajangmyeon is Korean. Be happy no one is denying where it originated from. Jajangmyeon's taste was created by Koreans and its pretty self fish of you to give the credit to China just for creating the original. It's like saying the McDonald's "Asian" salad is actually a salad from Asia. Jajangmyeon is a Chinese themed Korean dish.
I don't know how Chinese foods really tastes like since I never went there but all the American Chinese restraunts I've been to have like 90% MSG in all foods. It makes me feel sick after, even if it was delicious.
