^Oh please! Edward is a fictional character. No one in the entire universe would become the Edward Cullen that we all imagine. I think Robert Pattison is a fine person to be playing Edward and I believe he will do a great job.

I honestly can't see Gaspard as Edward. I used to like him because he was good looking, but he didn't really fit the Edward image.

Anyway, that's so awesome you're going to La Push, -hanabi-! Maybe Jacob and the gang will appear and give you a tour. Make sure to take lots and lots of pictures (and videos too, if possible!) Must say, I'm really jealous.

No twilightlexicon hasn't interviewed Robert yet. He's probably really busy since he's the lead and I've noticed most of the interviews that are done have been the minor characters.

There are alot of Robert doubters out there, I admit I was one of them until I decided to be rational and say let's see if Robert can act. Anyway those Robert doubters, I think you should try out this excerise:

I like... (Something about robert e.g eyes, hair, skin, strange jaw). Just find one thing that you think actually yeah that sort of is Edward-like. It's positive step in the right direction. After we have all watched the film, you can make your judgements then because then it can be justified.

Because I'm an aspiring author myself, I sort of feel that for an author no actor could play the character you created so getting remotely close is good enough since one actor may look like the charcter but they can't act like it., another will act amazingly as the charcter but doesn't really look like the character. It's a hard balance to retrieve, even though I must say the casting for Rosaline was terrible... Proves that showbiz is all about connections.

Im not upset with the cast, its just not the people i had in mind.
But i guess thats the magic of a book, everyone imagines it differently right?

i've been reading lately in lexicon too. i read (ashley)alice's interview and i like her already. i wonder how long we'll wait for the official trailers to come out. i read that rob's been doing some physical exercise for his role.
