Here’s the world’s first tank powered car that boasts 990 horsepower, the Jay Leno’s “M-47 Patton tank-engine car”. It is designed for looks than performance, powered by a 30 liter V12 but weighs 10,000 pounds and gets only 6mpg at best.

bugatti vs. jay leno's car. i think jay leno is going to win, looks lighter than the veyron.

30 liters and only 990hp? thats not a very efficient engine. its too heavy also which is probably why it only makes 6mpg.

tank motors are designed for torque, not hp.
