hi.
um well i was taking my ipod headphone out of my ear when i heard a *ssssshhshs* sound. looking at it, i saw that the thing split in two..like between the base of the ear piece and the circular gray thing around it. a picture....



so i have two pieces. i can put it back together and it'll stay generally but if i gently pull on it, it gives away and comes apart. T_T
is it okay to continue using it? should i glue it back together or something? lol

Um...yeah, I wouldn't if I were you. I think the exact same thing happened to me (if I understand your description correctly), and so I told Apple. They told me to send it back, and they sent me a new pair =]

shouldn't be too bad if u use them
but u can either try to get them replaced
or buy new headfones

i bought new ones once mine broke.
i like the new ones more than those ones. ^^

If you have a warranty, you can go into the iPod store and replace them for new ones for free.
Or you can go online and they'll send you a new pair. :]

they'll replace if its worn? i thought they only replace if they're defective? hmm... if thats the case, i should send in my sisters', she practically destroyed hers
