and i use itunes for ipod only

I've been using WMP for a long time before I stumbled on this topic.

Foobar2000 is the best! Very lightweight. Ideal for those who prioritize on PC performance!

iTunes.
Since I use my iPod a whole lot I feel iTunes makes it a lot easier to add and delete music from my iPod. I don't need anything complicated to play music, as long as it doesn't get ruined.
I do have Winamp though, which I use to play videos.
I don't use it to play music for one reason - the songs with non-English names show up as question marks on MSN when I "show what I'm listening to."

I think i like itunes the most, more organized for me, though sometimes get's the computer a little bit slow. I trust the program the most than others cause i've had a lot of bad experiences.
