By trying not to get influenced and too hook up with the games you are playing video games can be a way to relieve stress, but there are times that gamers fall back and get too serious which can lead to other bad effects.

3. How did/do videogames affected you? Well, playing video games especially RPGs helps me think well. Trying to come up the best strategies can be a good exercise for the brain at times.

this survey is sorta flawed in a way, because everyone who will answer this survey are people who play video games and think positively about them. keep in mind that your survey technique isn't so "random"...probably doesnt matter if you're in highschool...but in higher levels...yeah... ahaha, if you take a post-secondary level stats course, you'll understand. but this is just a FYI.

No, as long as people understand that it is just a videogame. And if the player is young, then first of all they shouldnt be playing violent/mature games to begin with, and a parent should be there to make sure the game is suitable for someone young.

I hasn't really affected my personality, Ive never felt the urge to relive things I've played in a videogame. But sometimes the story of the videogame can affect you emotionally, just like books and films do.

Angry that I would want to harm another person? Never. Angry because you're stuck at a certain point of the game, contantly dying/losing, or just cheap gameplay? Yes.

I play every genre except sports game. I play alot of role playing games, first person shooters, real time strategy, racing, action/adventure/platforming, and fighting.

I do not. Society seems to have a tendency to blame or believe in utensils that we've created.
I believe some people that give video games a bad rap is because they don't have the proper knowledge of games and they either too lazy to understand or they don't really care to understand.
Don't get me wrong, there are certain game that have negative images or mirrors the negativity that exist in this world but lets not act like any form of entertainment (TV, movies, music, and etc.) and don't mirror the same things.

3. How did/do video games affected you?
Well video games is a immersive type of entertainment and having some type of control in the story or virtual world of the video game makes it more interesting than a film that you just watch. So if I want to be entertained instantly, I'll pick up a video game first.
It also gave me inspiration to create my own game (I use a game engine call rpg maker) and also how to problem solve.

Never.
The only way I can see anybody get angry while playing video games is if they're playing with somebody (especially with somebody online lol) or they have a short fuse.
