the dish that i would choose would be pasta with pesto sauce and cheese. there would have to be lots of garlic and pine nuts would be a nice addition.

it would be this vietnamese noodle dish that my dad makes =]
i forgot what it was called >_> but i love it so much. i can eat it forever and ever.
it has like bamboo and tofu. and these "fake meat" pieces. by fake meat, i mean like it tastes like meat,
but its really made up of some type of flour. my dad puts in bean sprouts and carrots sometimes.
