no. all of them are prone to RROD. Even the elite and the new premium versions that comes with HDMI port.

I thought the new falcon X360 systems solved that problem. 
I've yet to see any Falcon Elite systems but who can keep up with all the revisions.

im not sure about rrod proof
even with new chip only time will tell
i heard they are still using the old 90 gpu though which is being replace later down the road
