Hair Loss

What are the causes of hair loss? I know normally people lose about 100 strands per day or something along the lines but I lose way more! I always find my bedroom floor with a load of hair even though I didn't even do anything to it. (Comb it in the room, etc.) It's even more freaky in the shower, I run my fingers through my hair then a few strands keep coming off. Sometimes even a whole bunch..

I'll also add blood circulation to the head to the mix.
I lose a lot of hair too, I have to vacuum my room a lot because of so many loose hairs. But luckily, my hair grow really fast.

Ughh, I have the same problem! >___< I used to have thick, healthy hair when I was younger but now it's way thinner.
Here some things you can do:
Eat more foods rich in iron (leafy veggies, poultry, whole grains, Cheerios, etc.) Ohh, but if you're increasing your iron intake you shouldn't have coffee or tea. It blocks the absorption of the iron.
Massage your scalp or lightly tap it several times a day to get the blood flowing. I heard rubbing rosemary oil on your scalp will stimulate circulation. Never tried it though.
Hope that helped. Somewhat. ^^;

Ok, that post seems REALLY random. Are you implying that she's anorexic and she doesn't know it? Or am I reading this wrong...
Lol, Anorexia is a factor for people losing their hair, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply to this person that posted the topic...

Yeah, I am not anorexic. =\ I do eat a lot but I admit it might not be the healthiest food because I tend to pig out on junk food.
Anyway, thanks for the response!
