i dont think it's meant to eat it with a sauce.

I mix the wasabi in the soy sauce or sometimes I'll mix a tiny bit of sesame seed oil into the soysauce instead.
I like spicy tuna rolls best and a lot of times, they use gochujang in that anyway.
