so for a few years now i've noticed that i don't get hot too easily but i get cold very easily
and even in the slightest cold i get cold feet
today i was showering and it's pretty cold in riverside right now and my skin was still cold
even though i was showering in very warm water
i'm scared that this might harm my fertility as traditional rumors go and i just don't like
having cold feet anymore! socks don't really help either and my parents are getting worried
as well...is there some kind of medical issue that i'm going through?
also, while my roommate says that she's warm when she's wearing less layers than i am and
i'm still sitting here with two layers of everything including socks, i'm not warm at all..

i'm pretty healthy in general, i drink plenty of water, exercise when i have the time, eat
normally with very little to moderate junk food consumption (compared to most people), etc.

but i do wear my reefs (sandals/flip flops) practically every day in the spring, summer and
fall (it's pretty dang warm even in the fall in socal) except in cold weather

has anybody been in the same situation and if so, what has worked?

Some people are just more comfortable in the cold then others. I have a friend who always wears shorts and sandals even when it's freezing/raining. My feet/hands get cold easily too, poor circulation could be a problem, also not enough body fat. Just getting used to the cold might help also? I think the best thing to do is check your circulation/heart at the doctors and try to gain some weight. Also don't wear too many layers indoors unless you're cold because you'll get used to being hot. Just my thoughts anyway.:|
