okay let's say my built is like..medium. not petite but not big boned either. and let's also say i lose like..a lot of weight and stuff...my body shape can't shrink too can it? because aren't my bones already that size forever so even if i lose weight i'll still be skinny but medium?
am i right or wrong because i don't know lol.

I NEVER heard of bones that shrink.. because if you look at crackheads they lose alot of weight but they're bones are still there..

nope, the bones cant shrink. so for eg., even if you lost a whole ton of weight/fats but have wide hipbones, you will still have wide hips no matter what until u grow old.

Your bones can shrink when you grow older when you're more prone to osteoporosis.

You can always attempt to not exercise and lose all your muscle and be the same size as your bones to look even thinner rofl....
Bones can get bigger and stronger with exercise and bone gets smaller and weaker without it because it doesn't actually need to be that big so it would "shrink"
I'm not so sure about shrinking your hip... maybe sitting less will help since you put less pressure on your bone and your bone won't get thicker.
I wouldn't recommend it though lol.

Your bones don't shrink but they lose density as you age. This is bad because you can suffer from osteoporosis which makes it easier for your bones to fracture >.<
Anyways, having a wider frame looks better as you age since you don't look as shrunken
FYI, asians have the lowest bone density. Get that calcium!!
