Campus life is kind of dead. Events aren't advertised very well, but there could be something going on everyday. I like the professors I had so far. Muni is right there so you can travel anywhere for 1.50 for 90 minutes at a time. If you live in the dorms you're bound to make lots of friends and get to know lots of people. If you're off campus, not so much.

I love it at SFSU. I do not live on campus, but I have met many great people; two of which have become close friends. The classes I have are really great, and the atmosphere is nice too. I do not attend the events, but passing what goes on in the quad is interesting.

San Francisco is fun until high school then come back when you're around 26 cause that's how old everybody is at least.

I got accepted but i decided not to go there because i want to go to a UC

i go to SFSU. i really hated it the first semester. i got used to it now. it's fine. i don't care about campus life so its not an issue. you make friends when you talk to people in class. there's never enough classes available. the teachers are pretty good.

my sister went there for a year, she was a transfer student from sonoma state, she's graduating on Saturday. I heard a lot of good things there but my sister says that its boring, but education wise, its cool. The sucky part is that, graduation, you have to rent your cap and gown for $55 ( or was it 50?) and you dont get to keep it! haha also they don't say your name, because there are too many people. thats what my sister told me, is it like that every where?. I might be a future student at SF State too.

I'll be dorming there. There campus looks very nice and clean. I like the city too so I'm sure I'll enjoy college.

But campus life is a bit... dead... D:?!??

I live near like super duper near SFSTATE.
I think the campus is nice and really awesome.
If campus life is dead, it's okay.
Bound to have fun in the city and the nightlife. :]
